As everyone is aware, COVID-19 is having a significant impact on a lot of businesses around the world. Please read below to find out what BOA Clothing is doing and how our partners and suppliers are working through this to get orders out.

Until things get back to normal, we are going to see increased fulfillment times for a significant number of our products. Please view the below breakdown of how long it could take to get your order printed. Please keep in mind that this number does not represent shipping, which also is experiencing delays. 

We use a print on demand fulfillment partner, and most of the locations within the USA are closed. Some orders might ship from other parts of the world. For example, if you live in Canada, your order might ship from a fulfillment center in Europe, if it means it will go out faster. If you do not live in a country that we fulfill in, please expect custom fees to apply to your order. 

We are not liable for shipping delays. We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused

For all shipping-related questions, please also check with your local carrier to understand whether or not they're experiencing delays as well, please allow 10 full business days before contacting customer support for a missing delivery as the package could arrive within that time frame. Should it be more than 10 business days since your anticipated arrival date, please contact boaclothingofficial@gmail.com

Important International Update for Orders 

Most international orders are being routed for international delivery (outside the EU) through the Frankfurt Airport. Right now there is a lack of flights out of Frankfurt to carry the parcels internationally and some orders are backed up. Please wait 10 business days after your anticipated arrival date before contacting support

- Processing Takes Approximately 2-5 Business Days To Print Your Awesome product. ( Maybe slightly longer depending on volume)

Once Your Item Is Shipped You'll Receive:

-An Email Confirmation With Tracking Number To Know Where Your Order Is On Its Way To You!
